On September 13, 2022, City of Burbank staff provided an overview of the proposed Burbank Civic Center Project to the City Council. This included: 

• Project elements 

• Alignment with City Council goals and community needs 

• Analysis of financial feasibility and proposed funding sources 

• Review of the P3 delivery method 

• Alignment with other plans, notably the Downtown Burbank Transit-Oriented Development Specific Plan currently underway
